Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month, Scott Burton, 1st Shift Singleface Operator! Proud grandfather and father to two daughters, Scott is without question a family man. We’re glad to have him be a part of the Kruger family and quickly growing to be the best!
What is your favorite part of your job?
Running great board and keeping busy. Tapering a 110″ to 73″ board is my accomplishment.
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
My granddaughter, Roxanne, my daughters, and my fur baby Molly. If I get frustrated, I look at their pictures on my phone and it chills me out quickly!
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Putting up with OB – just kidding! Line-up changes; having to move paper around at the machines and making sure it’s in the correct spots.
