Employee of the Month – January 2025

We’re happy to announce our first Employee of the Month for 2025 – Brandon Frost, Corrugator Singleface Operator! Having spent 8 years in the corrugated industry, he is a sports enthusiast, a Louisville Cardinals fan, and enjoys traveling.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Working with different personalities and being able to spread my knowledge with other operators.
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
My dad inspires me to be at my best. He taught me that nothing is given, it’s earned through hard work.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Staying consistent. You can’t always get the same out of the machine day to day.
