Employee of the Month – December 2025

We’re happy to announce our last Employee of the Month for 2025 – Cezanne Devis, 1st Shift 820 Operator! Living with her husband of 18 years and her dog Copper, she enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family. She’s also a Packers fan and a Reds fan!
What is your favorite part of your job?
To train new hires that have never been in a box plant. I can relate to them. It was all new to me.
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
Family & coworkers. I always try to do my best. Even on my bad days, I hope to do a good job.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Trying to keep everything clean! I would rather be a stay-at-home dog mom but the pay is much better at Kruger!
