  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will prospect, develop new business and use a consultative sales approach in an assigned territory to sell Kruger’s corrugated products to clients and customers. The sales rep will actively participate in Kruger’s light weight sales strategy and establish partnership relationships with our customers and future customers. Heavy emphasis on prospecting, relationship development, entertainment, utilizing value-based selling.

  • As a member of the Corrugator team, the Baler Operator will bale waste material, load waste materials into trailers using forklift, input weight into QMS system for wet-end waste, and measure and record the weight of waste shipments.

  • Reporting to the Plant Manager, the OpEx Lead is responsible to ensure the Continual Improvement of all aspects of the Converting Line(s) under their responsibility.  They are responsible for developing, managing, and improving the skills of the machine crew through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, crew training, and skills development activities, prioritizing the delivery of maintenance services, and driving a Continuous Improvement approach to optimize the performance and productivity of the Converting Line to which they are assigned.

  • Reporting to the General Manager, the Plant Manager is accountable for optimal plant performance as it relates to safety, quality, cost, machine uptime, waste and overall process reliability.
