Congratulations to our April Employee of the Month, Jadyn Andrews, Converting Operator II!
What is your favorite part of your job?
The environment I come into everyday, everybody is so chill and outgoing.
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
Ever since I was a kid I would always want better for myself and the people around me. My loved ones are my biggest supporters and cheer me on.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Coming in everyday and not knowing what to expect. It’s always a challenge.
