Employee of the Month – August 2025

Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month, Donna Reed, 1st Shift RDC Operator! Married for 5 years with 4 amazing kids, she has worked in manufacturing for 25 years! She is also the Vice President of Leitchfield Women’s Club, which raises money to help buy shoes, as well as scholarships, for local kids in struggling families. Her favorite hobby to fill her free time is diamond art.
What is your favorite part of your job?
There is always something new to learn every day about your machine or job. You’re never bored.
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
My husband and my kids. I also have to thank my work gals for pushing me and having my back every day.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Mostly when the pre-feeder has paper jams; whether it is wavy, straight, or has joint rolls. We always seem to find a way to keep RDC1 going no matter what. We never give up, even during the hot, nasty days.
