Congratulations to our December Employee of the Month, Ivin Youngblood, Converting Operator III!
Ivin is 27 years old and enjoys going to the gym, playing video games and annoying his girlfriend. He takes pride in putting his all into reaching his goals. For him, nothing is more rewarding than achieving those goals and being proud of his own hard work!
What is your favorite part of your job?
I love everything about my job, but my favorite thing is definitely break time because ya boy be HUNGRY!
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
Ever since I was a kid, my dad has told me to ‘always do your best’ in any and everything that I do. So, I always give my all!
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
The hardest part of my job is the job not being hard. Or maybe not being able to bring food on the floor.
