Congratulations to our December Employee of the Month, Dustin Frost, 3rd Shift Converting Operator II! Hardworking father of two who is driven to succeed at everything he does, this 28 year old is very passionate about his work.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Making great quality boxes for our customers everyday.
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
My kids, Blake and Aubrey.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Dealing with bad stock and trying to push speeds with warp/delam.

Frost has improved a lot since starting here and holds a lasting record on the 1228 machine. He has been stepping up to help anyone and learn from others. He has been a good asset to the team by pushing everyone and keeping morale trending up.
Dustin comes in on time every night and tries to break a record or hit an above the bar goal. That outlook helps motivate those around him.
