Izzy is absolutely crushing goal and setting records on RDC1 consistently this new year.

Izzy is by far the most improved operator on the floor! If there is anything he doesn’t know, he’s quick to ask and makes sure he fully understands everything. He pays attention to detail and is more than dedicated to his job. He never misses a day and always works extra. Not to mention he’s hit goal on die cut more than any other operator!

Izzy has made drastic improvements to his operational approach and it is showing in his production. His consistent drive and dedication to keep his machine running is saving us from Saturdays.

Izzy has been killing it hitting goal every day and has been a great leader.

Izzy has came a long way in a short amount of time. He has formed a great team on his machine and his numbers show it. He is dedicated to his job and NEVER misses a day of work (or an opportunity for overtime). I’m glad we have Izzy on our team.
