Congratulations to our November Employee of the Month, Rachel Koch, 1st Shift Shipping! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing video games and spending time with her fur babies!
What is your favorite part of your job?
Coming in to an amazing crew every day! Not only is there an inspiring amount of teamwork across all shifts, but everyone knowing it’s okay laugh and smile through the mistakes really helps keep the morale up.
Who or what inspires you to do your best work?
My professional answer is that I truly am ambitious and I always strive to learn and do better in both myself and my career. My real answer is that I love to spoil my fur babies because they deserve the best of the best.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
Sometimes, the pressure I feel to ensure I do my job perfectly. I hate when I mess something up, and some days that’s all I feel that I do. But I just have to remember that it’ll be okay, and at the end of the day I’m human and we all make mistakes.
