Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, the Corrugator Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of corrugator’s production in the facility. In this role you will communicate performance expectations to shift workers, ensure production targets and metrics are met to achieve production demands, supervise machine productivity and quality, manage personnel on a daily basis.

The Die Room Technician plays a critical role in supporting production operations by managing job tooling and ink preparation. This role contributes directly to minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent product quality. It requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration with production teams.

The OpEx Lead is responsible to ensure the Continual Improvement of all aspects of the Line(s) under their responsibility.  They are responsible for developing, managing, and improving the skills of the machine crew through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, crew training, and skills development activities, prioritizing the delivery of maintenance services, and driving a Continuous Improvement approach to optimize the performance and productivity of the Converting Line to which they are assigned.

The Stacker Operator is responsible for all activities associated with stacking sheets from the corrugator including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. This role supports production efficiency and quality assurance through accurate stacking and quality checks.
