The Assistant Operator supports the safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation of the Converting equipment. This role works closely with the Operator to prepare materials, assist with machine setup and adjustments, monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

The OpEx Lead is responsible to ensure the Continual Improvement of all aspects of the Line(s) under their responsibility.  They are responsible for developing, managing, and improving the skills of the machine crew through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, crew training, and skills development activities, prioritizing the delivery of maintenance services, and driving a Continuous Improvement approach to optimize the performance and productivity of the Converting Line to which they are assigned.

The Shipping Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials and finished goods from production to the warehouse and ultimately to our customers. This position is responsible for leading a team within the shipping department, optimizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.
