  • Reporting to the Design Supervisor, the main function of the designer is to develop new and improved concepts; ensure the continuity of our products while being efficient and competitive in order to meet the needs of our customers. He must develop and provide the sales department with punctual and efficient support.

  • The Process Manager reports to the General Manager. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Process Manager is responsible for managing quality specifications and processes while partnering with operations, sales and customers to ensure that customers’ needs are met. and the continuous improvement of our production and service activities. He also provides technical support to our customer and operation teams to meet the quality specifications and produce our products to meet our customers’ standards. He, along with his team, are responsible to implement and support a Quality System, a Food Safety System and a Continuous improvement strategy. Ensure the development of its team members.

    In this context, his first mandate will be to work with the sales and operation teams in order to have a quick understanding of our customers’ quality needs to support the customer and operation ramp up strategy.

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, the technical sales representative will be responsible for serving as a liaison between Corporate Accounts, Strategic Regional Accounts, the box plant and Customer locations while effectively providing specialized support for designated Kruger customers.  The Tech sales Rep will manage both internal and external customer relationships, providing value-added sales and service support solutions to deliver ongoing value.  The Tech sales Rep is responsible for improving and optimizing the customer’s facilities productivity with our different products. His expertise is seen as technical solutions providers to our customers.

    He will also maintain good relations between Kruger Packaging S.E.C. and our customers by ensuring their satisfaction in order to increase sales.

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will prospect, develop new business and use a consultative sales approach in an assigned territory to sell Kruger’s corrugated products to clients and customers. The sales rep will actively participate in Kruger’s light weight sales strategy and establish partnership relationships with our customers and future customers. Heavy emphasis on prospecting, relationship development, entertainment, utilizing value-based selling. The sales process will include collaboration with a dedicated technical representative and the manufacturing team, to meet or exceed customer expectations. After completing a successful, hands-on training and Kruger indoctrination program, you will assume responsibility for developing a sales territory.

  • Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Shipping Supervisor is responsible for warehousing, inventory control, and shipping of finished goods. Ability to lead and direct the daily activities of the shipping department, including productivity, quality, service, and on-time delivery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer requirements and organization goals are achieved.

  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will represent Kruger to the customer and act as a critical liaison between the customer, sales, and operations teams. As CSR you will receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to orders. Responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationship with multiple customers and sales staff utilizing knowledge of products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management.

  • The Sales Manager reports to the General Manager and is a member of the plant’s Management Committee Based on the annual business plan, he will be responsible to establish sales objectives and manage the team to achieve them. This includes achieving profitable sales growth and achieving budget objectives (volume, pricing and profitability).

    In this context, the first mandate will be to recruit, select, educate, motivate, and develop the sales and design teams. Additionally, they will identify and develop partnerships with new customers to obtain commitments to support the production growth of the new plant.

Production openings

  • Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Lab Technician is responsible for performing analysis on paper, linerboard, cardboard, packaging and other raw materials, as required by customers and / or plant departments. He coordinates and analyzes, with the help of the supervisor, complaints in order to resolve any problem and ensure customer satisfaction. He is involved in the management of quality systems, sanitation and maintenance of the standards established by the SQF program and those of the company.

    In this context, his first mandate will be to assist in the development and implementation of the Quality Management System and the Food Safety Program. He will also be responsible to set up the Quality Lab (equipment and procedures) and establish a testing program.

  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Production Planner is responsible for the containerboard paper roll procurement / inventory and production planning. More specifically, he works closely with the Plant Superintendent and sales team to ensure the proper management of roll inventories, as well as the production backlog of the corrugator and converting departments.

  • Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Superintendent is responsible for the process management in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, maintenance, shipping, housekeeping and continuous improvement in the production department corrugator and converting, while supervising employees in the daily routine of producing quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with all Kruger standards.

  • Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, the Corrugator Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of corrugator’s production in the facility. In this role you will communicate performance expectations to shift workers, ensure production targets and metrics are met to achieve production demands, supervise machine productivity and quality, manage personnel on a daily basis. Coordinates all activities related to the management of personnel and production equipment in corrugator department in order to provide the press department according to the production schedule plan for his shift. He is responsible for mobilizing the workforce, achieving health and safety goals, productivity, quality, services and costs.

  • Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, the Converting Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of production in the facility. In this role you will communicate performance expectations to shift workers, ensure production targets and metrics are met to achieve production demands, supervise machine productivity and quality, and manage personnel daily. The Converting Supervisor foresees and coordinates all activities related to the management of personnel and production equipment in press department in order to meet the production schedule plan for his shift. He is responsible for mobilizing the workforce, achieving health and safety goals, productivity, quality, services and costs.
