Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will represent Kruger to the customer and act as a critical liaison between the customer, sales, and operations teams. As CSR you will receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to orders. Responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationship with multiple customers and sales staff utilizing knowledge of products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management..

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will prospect, develop new business and use a consultative sales approach in an assigned territory to sell Kruger’s corrugated products to clients and customers. The sales rep will actively participate in Kruger’s light weight sales strategy and establish partnership relationships with our customers and future customers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for serving as a liaison between Corporate Accounts, Strategic Regional Accounts, the box plant and Customer locations while effectively providing specialized support for designated Kruger customers.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the OpEx Lead is responsible to ensure the Continual Improvement of all aspects of the Converting Line(s) under their responsibility.  They are responsible for developing, managing, and improving the skills of the machine crew through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, crew training, and skills development activities, prioritizing the delivery of maintenance services, and driving a Continuous Improvement approach to optimize the performance and productivity of the Converting Line to which they are assigned.
