Reporting to the Plant Controller, the Financial Accountant is responsible for organizing and coordinating the general accounting activities for the plant. Ensuring the day-to-day maintenance of a complete & accurate general ledger, prepare basic financial reports, and analyze & report any variances.  Assists with month-end closing & reporting, budgets/forecasts, monthly outlooks, capital projects, and analysing operational performance.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will prospect, develop new business and use a consultative sales approach in an assigned territory to sell Kruger’s corrugated products to clients and customers. The sales rep will actively participate in Kruger’s light weight sales strategy and establish partnership relationships with our customers and future customers. Heavy emphasis on prospecting, relationship development, entertainment, utilizing value-based selling.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for serving as a liaison between Corporate Accounts, Strategic Regional Accounts, the box plant and Customer locations while effectively providing specialized support for designated Kruger customers.

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, the Corrugator Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of corrugator’s production in the facility. In this role you will communicate performance expectations to shift workers, ensure production targets and metrics are met to achieve production demands, supervise machine productivity and quality, manage personnel on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the OpEx Lead is responsible to ensure the Continual Improvement of all aspects of the Converting Line(s) under their responsibility.  They are responsible for developing, managing, and improving the skills of the machine crew through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, crew training, and skills development activities, prioritizing the delivery of maintenance services, and driving a Continuous Improvement approach to optimize the performance and productivity of the Converting Line to which they are assigned.
